Superior Brilliance on Every Substrate

ECKART metallic inks and effect pigments can be used in screen printing to obtain brilliant effects on various substrates. The screen printing technique is valued for the intense colours and the glossy print results that are achievable through the high ink film thickness. When screen printing with metallic inks particularly brilliant results can be obtained because much bigger pigment particles can be used than in any other printing process.

For screen applications ECKART offers conventional metallic pigments (ROTOFLEX®, STANDART® & STAPA®)  and especially recommends the ultra brilliant METALURE® aluminium dispersions.

The pearlescent pigments of the PHOENIX® series can also be successfully used for formulating special effect screen inks in a complete variety from silver white to interference, golden and earth tone colours.

As a large number of substrates can be used for screen printing there is a great variety of screen inks. ECKART therefore offers the product lines ULTRASTAR® and ROTOSTAR® UV.
