ULTRAVARIO® is a new generation of high pigmented concentrates based on METALURE® pigments. ULTRAVARIO® pigment concentrates offer the ink formulator a flexible method of producing screen printing inks with outstanding silver effect in a fast and simple way.

For solvent borne screen inks

ULTRAVARIO® BG-92002
Based on a special treated METALURE® pigment for applications where higher resistances are needed, like e.g. outdoor applications.

For UV curing screen inks

ULTRAVARIO® DA-45001
The ULTRAVARIO® UV DA-45001 is designed for formulating UV curing systems. The unique pigment treatment results in excellent metallic effect and stability with a wide range of monomers and oligomers.

For water borne screen inks

ULTRAVARIO® aqua PG-24001
The ULTRAVARIO® aqua PG-24001 has been designed for use in water borne formulations. The special stabilisation technology in combination with selective binders enables the formulation of stable and high brilliant screen inks.
