Conventional systems

The effect achieved by the coating depends on the type of aluminium pigment (wetting behaviour, particle size and shape) and the formulation of the coating system. With the exception of chlorinated hydrocarbons, all solvents and binders typically found in conventional systems are compatible with aluminium pigments.
