ECKART Asia Limited is a 100% subsidiary of ECKART GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, serving the paint, coating, printing, plastic, cosmetic and personal care markets of PR China, Hong Kong and Vietnam. 

Former organization of ECKART Asia, E J Chemicals Co., Ltd was founded in July 1998.  It was a joint venture between ECKART GmbH & Co. KG Germany and Jebsen & Co., Ltd., Hong Kong.  In January 2004, ECKART GmbH & Co. KG acquired remaining shares of E J Chemicals from former joint venture partner, Jebsen & Co. Ltd. Hong Kong.  The company has been renamed to ECKART Asia Limited since February 2005.    read more
